Correction of charts and publication of the BSH

Mariners are requested to use the current editions of the nautical charts and publications, correct them continuously and keep them up to date. All changes that have occurred after the publication of a nautical chart or publication can be found in the Notices to Mariners (NfS). They contain corrections and reports on measures and events of major or supra-regional importance. They also contain communications and regulations from authorities insofar as they are of importance for the navigation of ships or are prescribed by law.

The NfS correct only the latest editions of the official German nautical charts and publications listed in the
catalogue of nautical charts and publications (german).
