Procedure status
BNetzA has announced the tender for site N-6.7 on 27 February 2023.
Suitability examination
On 27 March 2022, the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) published the drafts of the suitability examination, the suitability determination and the environmental reports for the sites N-6.6 and N-6.7 and initiated national participation procedures. The publication had already been announced on 20 May 2022 in the Notices to Mariners (NfS) and on the Internet. Cross-border participation was initiated on 8 June 2022. An online hearing was held on 31 August 2022. The above-mentioned drafts were assessed and revised on the basis of the comments and statements made in the participation procedures. The suitability examination was then completed. The suitability of sites N-6.6 and N-6.7 was determined by legal ordinance of 5 January 2023. On 11 January 2023, the 3rd Wind Energy at Sea Ordinance (3. WindSeeV) was published in the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl. 2023 I No. 8). The final documents are made available for inspection in German language in the BSH libraries for one month from 2 March 2023.
