This procedure allows by the entries affected persons, companies, or authorities of a foreign State, a verification of the validity and authenticity of German Certificates of Competency, Certificates of Equivalent Competency and Endorsements of Recognition.
You have three possibilities:

Download the application form and send it to the adress below per fax or mail.
3. Online (only for certificates issued by the BSH)
The system is compliant with German data protection laws and is security protected. Access is only available to other administrations and shipping companies who have a legitimate need to verify certificates. Requests for access should be made to the address below. Please state who requires access and the reason why.
