Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
The cruise EMB-162 was carried out as a joined cruise of the environmental monitoring programme of the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) and the Baltic Sea long-term observation programme of the Leibniz Institute for Baltic Sea Research Warnemunde (IOW). In the eastern Gotland Basin at 57?19.219N, 20?07.994E the profiling mooring GODESS was deployed for a three month period and will collect data by lifting the instruments every 9h between 180 m and 30 m depth.
