Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
The cruise was a practical course in marine geophysical methods for Bachelor and Master students from the University of Bremen. The cruise comprised three legs, two with Bachelor students and one with Master students, which mainly focussed on the Arkona Basin, the Bornholm Basin, the Ronne Graben, Kriegers Flak and offshore the Darss peninsula. The methods applied were multichannel seismic surveying, SES echosounder imaging, magnetic surveying, sediment temperature measurements and CTD stations. Two port calls in Sassnitz on September 22 and 28 were used to exchange students.
