Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
Monitoring of nutrients, trace metals and organic contaminants load in the water of the south eastern North Sea (43 sampling sites). Additionally surface sediment samples were taken at 3 sites in the inner German Bight for the determination of trace metals. CTD Profiles were taken on all water sampling site. Continuous pH, salinity, temperature and fluorescence measurements were performed during the entire cruise. On 12 sampling sites, samples were taken with a plankton net for biological investigations.
