Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
The main objectives of the survey were: -Preparation of an abundance index of sprat for WGBFAS -Investigation of the horizontal distribution and abundance of sprat and herring -Investigation of vertical distribution patterns of sprat related to the small-scale distribution of oceanographic parameters -Biological investigations of sprat, herring and cod (i.e. maturity, fecundity, age) -Sampling of sprat, herring and cod for further investigations (content of PCB) -Investigation of the hydrographic situation in the survey area
