Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
Trials with a topless trawl to reduce the bycatch of cod in a Baltic Sea flatfish fishery. Results: with 15,6 m long bridles a net height of 0, 9 m was achieved. The bycatch reduction at a propertion of 60 percentage of the cod was obtained. All catchable flatfishes was captured with a proportion above of 200 percent.
