Baltic Sea monitoring according to the HELCOM COMBINE programme dealing with physical, chemical and biological parameters of the water column with emphasis on phyto- and zooplankton monitoring.\nIn addition to the monitoring work ezperiments on plankton ecology and zooplankton physiology were carried aout during the cruise.
