Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
The purpose of the cruise was to investigate the Status Quo of certain areas in order to build up a data-basis for different projects, described below. RESPONSE: investigating the influence of exclusion of fishery activities on sediment, zoobenthos and fishes BEOFINO: investigating the influence of hard substrata on a soft bottom community (including infauna, epifauna and demersal fishes); settlement processes of invertebrates with meroplanktonic larvaeLong-Term Stations: investigating long-term changes of different communities (infauna, epifauna, demersal fishes), sediments, hydrography
