Quantitative analysis of herring larvae regarding the year-class strength of the western Baltic and Division IIIa stock. Distribution and abundances of herring larvae sampled during 10 surveys in Greifswalder Bodden and Srelasund. Estimation of year-class strength index for herring stock of the western Baltic Sea. Hydrographic measurements. Sampling of herring larvae for otolith microstructure studies.
