Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
The survey was carried out with the following aims: - to obtain fishery independent indices on the abundance of the most abundant age groups of plaice and sole in the North Sea. - to obtain otolith samples for these species and other non-commercial species for the derivation of age-length keys. - to sample the other fish fauna and macrozoobenthos. - to measure the length distribution of Cancer pagurus by sex.
