Ziel der Reise / Objectives of Cruise:
This project includes several cross-section cruises taken in frame of a long-term program to study the circulation on the continental shelf of Israel. It started in 1987 and includes currents, temperature, salinity, bottom pressure from several subsurface moorings. The cross-sections were performed (using CTD and STD) in different seasons and their locations were opposite Atlit, Hadera, Natniya and Ashkelon.
