One of a series of five ichthyoplankton surveys to study: a) the seasonal composition of fishlarvae in the German Bight.b) the fine-scale-vertical distribution of fishlarvae during a cycle of 24 hours. Main task: to take ichthyoplankton samples with multiple-opening-closing-nets together with in-situ hydrographical data near a drifting buoy. 0-40m
